Medical Bracelets

 Alternative to wearing an armband is a Medical Bracelet. Several companies

     can make these but I know http://teamridesafe.com knows how to do PC ones.

It must visibly list these five items on the outside face of the bracelet::

(a) Name and Date of Birth,

(b) Emergency Contact Information,

(c) Known Allergies,

(d) Current Medications, and

(e) Existing Medical Conditions.

More information is acceptable, but these five items are required to be on the bracelet.
